We look forward to learning more about you.  Please note that this is an interest form only and not an application.  If you provide your contact information, you will be invited to a meeting which explains how to apply for a Habitat home.  We currently open the application process once per year, when we have completed our current home(s), so it may be a while until you hear from us.  Please be patient and if any of your contact information changes, please resubmit this form.

If you are interested in helping to open the application process faster, please sign up online to volunteer and come on out to help us!  The sooner our current homes get built, the sooner we can welcome new families.  Besides, we'd love to meet you.
